Registration Instructions
Registration for the 2024-25 ODP Program will open September 3!
- Please create your account or sign in on GotSport.
- If your club uses GotSport and you have an account already, you may use that to register to ODP.
- Fill out the form to completion.
If you attended the Midwest Region ID Camp in 2024, separate registration instructions will be sent to you directly.

ODP Refund Policy
Ohio Soccer Association will honor and issue refunds for the ODP registration fee if requested by Tuesday, October 1. All refund requests will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
After October 1, all refund requests must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. Doctor’s notes must be received prior to the first day of Phase I District training in order to receive a full refund.
Ohio Soccer Association will honor and issue refunds for the ODP registration fee if requested by Monday, May 5th at 5:00pm. All refund requests will be subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
After May 5th, all refund requests must be accompanied by a doctor’s note. Doctor’s notes must be received prior to Friday, May 30th in order to receive a refund.
Please note that once your son or daughter is selected to the State Pool, based on their commitment form, they have committed to attend the Phase IV Sub Regional Fee. After the final payment date is closed (May 5), any player who pulls out of the State Pool prior to the State Team Selections will forfeit 50% of their Sub Regional Fee payment made.
Any player who pulls out of attending the Phase IV Sub Regional Event after being selected to the State Team will forfeit their entire payment.
If a player is chosen as an alternate and is not called up to attend the Sub Regional event, refund checks for payments made will be issued approximately one week after the event.
Potential refunds of deposits for injured players will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
The following items will be taken into consideration: date of injury, severity of injury, date of communication with the Ohio Soccer Association office regarding the status of the injury, and timing of receipt of the doctor’s note in the Ohio Soccer Association office.
